Hi Todd,
We all know interviews can be tricky--sometimes there's information you need to know to make an educated decision, but you can't cross the line into discrimination. So you don't ask the questions and end up with a bad hire.
Speaking of tricky, there's the whole issue of giving praise to your employees. What's too much? What's not enough? And do you have to do it?
You have questions? In this month's Innovations, we have answers.
I hope you find this issue of Innovations helpful! And if you need answers to any questions about staffing, don't hesitate to call.
Best regards,
