Hi Todd,
I've seen it described as a "big pothole of lethargy smack in the middle of the day." You know it as the midday slump.
Even if you eat right, exercise and get enough sleep, our bodies' natural rhythms dictate that there will an ebb in our energy levels--right around 3:00. Unfortunately most of us still have hours to go at work! How can you make it through until the end of the day?
This month in Innovations, we'll give you five tips to keep your body--and your brain--working at full capacity throughout the afternoon.
And if you'd like any more advice on working smarter, I'm just a phone call away at 209.577.3663.
I'm happy to help!
Best regards,
